Hey,

Below I'm going to post a picture of my uterus, taken a couple of days ago, when I had a transvaginal ultrasound done.
My question is - could I have been pregnant right then in 11 weeks, 1 day (9 weeks since "conception")? I haven't asked my doctor anything about this subject, because I assumed he would have seen a pregnancy - but now I'm a bit scared and I'd like to know your opinion.

I haven't seen the pic, but if you think you might be 11 weeks pregnant you would see a very definite baby so you wouldn't have to question it :hugs:

Can't see the picture either but by 11 weeks, your doctor would have definitely known and you would have seen it clear as day as well.

The link doesn't seem to work :-(
You would have seen a pregnancy in there at 11 weeks as the bubs would be about 4cm by then...xx

I'm not allowed to post links, so I put a space between https:// and imageshack.us/photo/my-images/405/uterusl.jpg/ - just delete the space and it should work

I don't see anything on the scan. I just had a scan done last week measuring 11w6d and you can clearly see a baby. Head, spine, arms, legs etc. At 11 weeks you would be able to see the same.

i dont see a pregnancy. can i ask why you had the scan done (if its not too personal!)?

I'm not a US expert but I don't see anything in the scan - at 11 weeks the doctor (and you) would have seen the baby, and a heartbeat.

That's not too personal! :flower:
I'm on birth control because of some problems I had with my ovaries, and my gyn wanted to check if they look okay.

If you're on birth control, your doctor would have definitely mentioned a pregnancy as you'd have to discontinue the pills.

I think all you are seeing is the uterine walls. They look thicker than normal prob becuz it was a transvag US. Based on this image there is no fluid (which is always seen with pregnancy). If you are pregnant, it is not shown in this shot. Now, please take my opinion with a grain of salt - I do ultrasounds daily, but my patients are pregnant animals, not people, haha (though the basic principles cross species boundaries)!
