Could I be pregnant?

I didn't know where to post this.i have a little boy of 21 months,and am currently on the pill,but since having my little man I've been rubbish at remembering my pill,a couple of weeks ago I realised I had forgotten to take 3-4 days worth of pills,and started to have a slight bleed,me being stupid too those pills to bring me up to date,any ways me n other half had a couple of giggy giggytimes,and have since finished my lot of pills but haven't had a bleed now,can't remember what day I finished them but am sure I should be on by now..........is it possible i could be pregnant????
