Hay!! .... I'm doing smep this cycle will b starting tomorrow as it cycle day 8 got my opk's to start in cycle day 10 and conceive plus if anyone would like to join me feel free

I would also like to ask if it's true that SMEP is more affective after a miss carriage?? Or if you have already had a baby ?

Would really like to here some success stories on how long it took and if it was to try and conceive number one?? How long had you been trying prior to your successful SMEP cycle ??

What exactly is SMEP?

SPERM MEETS EGG PLAN (SMEP)

* "Try" every other night starting cycle Day 8

* Buy 10 ovulation predictor kit sticks

* Begin ovulation testing on Day 10

* When test is positive, "try" that night, plus two additional nights in a row

* Skip one night, then do one last "try"

* Take a home pregnancy test 15 days after your ovulation test was positive, if your period has not begun

I'm charting cp,cm,and was going to temp this cycle but got the wrong thermometer thanks to ebay!!! got a standard digital one I suppose I'll still use it but I doubt it will pick up my spike Gunna get a new one ready for next month! I'm Gunna be using conceive plus this cycle as well if I don't get a bfp this cycle I'm Gunna be doing the same next cycle but putting in a soft cup after bd'ing .... What about you hun? X

I'm cd 7 aswell I made a thread about conceive plus had a couple responses have a look if you like... I will let no how my experience goes tho?Are you actually using it this cycle or going to be using it?

I've been temping for the past 4 cycles. I just stared checking my cm but that's kinda confusing. This is the first cycle for the smep and with that I'm using pre seed and soft cups. My hubby is taking a zinc supplement. I've read it can help his little swimmers. Hopefully we will find out this cycle.

I used preseed, not conceive plus, with my daughter. Got pregnant first cycle with the preseed. If that helps you at all!
