Counseling for family/spouses with a child with CP

Hi,

We have a four year old daughter with CP. I suppose I am reaching a breaking point and my wife has checked out a bit. We have an 8 year old son that I think competes for attention as well. I work and she stay at home with the kids.

Separation or divorce may be disastrous. Does anyone have experience in the New York City area that provides counseling to spouses or families with a special needs child?
