Counting dpo - how to?

Do you count dpo from when you got a +OPK, or the following day seeing as ovulation is supposed to happen after a +OPK...?

i always count if today was pos opk tommorow is 1dpo etc xx

Well, a pos OPK indicates that ovulation will occur in the next 12-36 hours. I got a pos OPK two days ago, so I assumed I ovulated at some point yesterday, and therefore I count today as 1dpo.

I've no experience with OPKs, but charting your temps will help to confirm your actual O day.
