just wondering if couscous is healthy alternative to pasta etc. Its doesn't seem to be high in fat content.

I eat far too much pasta and rice and am looking for an alternative.
 
TBH gram for gram it's much the same so there's no real point in swapping. Its a little healthier and lower GI but idk, still carby lol


eta - also do you add anything to your couscous? oil, butter?
 
think its all the same but is slightly more healther than white pasta and rice , try brown pasta and rice .
