The cramping suggests ovulation pain to me, ovulation pain tends to start before the release of the egg. The cramping you say you had ties in nicely with the opk and today's temp rise. I hope you figure it out. If you know the length of your lp then you can still work out when af is due (hopefully not)

Well I guess OPKs or not your chart is what's really going to show you've O'd Good luck. Oh and sorry can't help with the cramps, sometimes I just seem to have crampy cycles, not too sure why. Hope you figure it out.
