Cramping, Backache and Nausea.

Hello ladies just wondering if i could get some advice.
For the last 2 days i've been having tightings and constant cramping, Along with on/off backache and nausea in the middle of the night.

Just wondering what this could be. I thought maybe pre-term labour but then nothing has happend in the last few days so can't see it being that. Babys head was 2/5ths engaged at last MW appointment so could it be him dropping down further? Sorry for the length.

Help would be very appricated

I've had tightening, backache and nausea for a good few weeks now, I just presumed it was a general pregnancy thing!

No cramping for me though! x
