Cramps and red blood?

ive awoken with cramps (mostly L sided) and bright red blood when I wipe. I just want to know who do I call? Do I need to do anything or do I let nature take it’s horrendous course

Really sorry to hear. Ring the early pregnancy unit for advice. They might be able to scan you to see what's going on. Hopefully it will be early pregnancy bleeding and not a mc.

I’ve had a missed miscarriage! Had the baby removed today . Now home to recover.

Thanks everyone. Had a scan today to make sure everything had gone and another baby was in there. I was having twins. I’ve passed that baby now too . Twins have been my dream, totally devastated.
