cramps at 21 weeks!

im 21 weeks and im haveing peroid like cramps. is this normal?? the baby is moveing, and im not bleeding or anything just cramps.

I'm 27 weeks and still have them, brought it up with my OB and apparently it's fine as long as it's not excruciating and there's no bleeding.
