cramps in lower belly

hey all from my last post yesterday where i was experienceing cramps on the left hand side, they are now in the bottom of my stomach and not only that i have been going to the toilet alot i feel like i physically carnt wee anymore lol and ive just felt so odd today i carnt explain how i felt but just really really odd has anyone felt like this

Might sound daft, but have you got a UTI? I find i'm like that when i have one x
