cramps - stretching pain?

I've been having some minor cramps on my left side today. It's all along the left side of my bump. I'm wondering if it could be stretching pains again?

I see my doctor on Monday and was just going to wait until then to ask her, unless of course it gets worse. Do you think it is more serious? I just never know!

It's probably nothing to worry about but would phone NHS 24 if it gets worse or accompanied by any bleeding/spotting etc. My stretching cramps are like very mild period cramps and I normally get them low down. It seems that every twinge is a worry!! I am sure yours will pass but you will know best if you think it's something more serious, go with your gut instinct x

Thanks. Mine are down lower as well, but it's more on my left side that's bothersome. It does feel a bit period like. I am just getting worried because when I look up stuff about it I read that it could be preterm labor. But, I just keep thinking I would be in worse pain if that were the case. I am really hoping! I am just getting nervous that something will go wrong and I'll have my baby too early, or I have this fear of cord issue.s
