Cramps that feel like heartburn

This might sound really strange but I was just wondering if anyone else has felt this.

I had the usual cramps before I got my bfp which at the time I put down to af being on her way and the past couple of weeks they've subsided but today I started to get a pain in the area I was cramping but it felt more like heartburn

Does anyone know what I mean? It was lower abdomen but felt like the pain you get in your chest when you have heart burn. I've got my scan on Monday so I'll mention it but just wondered if anyone else had experienced it
