Crampy?

I have noticed that lte last night, under my bump (and unfortunatly, my apron of flab) I have a crampy feeling only on th right side.It's not really deep like a period cramp would be, but it's enough to annoy the hell outta me. It doesn't spread or move, it's just right there. It don't really hurt, but it is uncomfortable, I guess because it scares me. Anyone else have this? What could it be? Thanks!!

Sorry, don't know what to say. I've been having period cramps across the bottom of my bump since like 35 weeks and was told it was "pregnancy discomfort." If you're concerned please call your midwife! Best of luck

I'm pretty sure there are ligaments there that get loosened up and can ache. I'm 38 weeks and have been getting some pain like that on my right side as well. It's just all part of the process.
