Crap did I take too much gonal f?

I have a 450iu pen. I take 100 per day.
Today is day 5 so I was expecting to use 50 from 2 pens.
I checked the liquid volume before I started and i think it was around 50.
I dialled the pen to 100 and injected, I thought the display would stop at 50 but it didn't. So I thought it was messed up and used the 50 from the other pen also.
So did I accidentally give myself 150?? Crap. Is that really bad?? Are my ovaries going to explode (jk) ? Hahaha
Do the gonal f pens have extra volume?

Gonal f has about 75 in over fill I think at least my pens did. My nurse allowed for it when we ordered. So I used them until they were empty. Your ovaries will not explode, but I would call your dr and let them know. I did ivf (not sure if you are) but I always used 200+ units. Up to 450.

I'm just kidding about the exploding lol
It makes me feel better that other people do higher doses then what I take anyways, so it shouldn't be too bad that I possible took a bit too much.
I'm doing my first ivf. I have PCOS.
Im sure I'm not the first to make this mistake.. I didn't realize there was extra volume in the pen! I did have to get rid of a bubble so I know I wasted 25uL.
Im over thinking this I think. I just don't wanna screw this up!
