Crashing from third tri :)

Good afternoon all hope you are well and dont mind me 'crashing' have asked this in third tri but thought i would try here to.
Just a quick question......

Did you find that your due date was more accurate from the 12 weeks scan or from the date of your lmp?

Im due tomorrow from my 12 weeks scan but if i go by my lmp im not due for another week, which at the moment seems more likely as nothing is happening.

I was put back from 28th (lmp) to the 23rd (dating scan) and gave birth on 15th. It'll come when it's cooked!!

I can't really say as I didn't have periods for at least a year before becoming pregnant!

About the not feeling anything, don't worry, bubs will come when ready! I thought nothing would happen when all of the sudden out of nothing the contractions hit me. I had absolutely no signs at all!!

Mine didn't matter at all, I had her just past 37 weeks and both my LMP and scan estimated date were within a day of each other (this is my first baby). However, my sister found with both of her sons that her 12 week scan date was more accurate. By her LMP her 1st son was born at 36 weeks but he was 3 weeks ahead of lmp on her 12 week scan but they refused to change her due date. Her second son was off by a couple weeks as well because she had spontaneously ovulated near the end of her cycle, so by lmp he would have been late, but her doctor did a dating scan and confirmed it at the 12 week scan and set her date on that and they were more accurate than LMP was when she had him. Same thing is happening with her current pregnancy. She is measured a week ahead and we think he will be born earlier than the LMP date again.

My due date by doctor was the 17th march, my due date by scan was the 15th march and she arrived on the 26th march lol-so neither were very accurate for me!! I went into labour at 4am when I was due at the hospital at 7am to be induced-think she thought uh oh they're coming to get me!!!! Lol x best of luck Hun!!!

My 12wk scan brought me forward three days from 16/07/11 to 13/07/11 Lola was born on 16/07/11 but that was after induction and emcs,I'd say nothing wouldve happened on either dates.good luck babe xx

My dating scan moved my due date back to the 4th of July but I ended up having Callum 8 days earlier then this so neither my LMP or scan were correct, the scan was more accurate though xx

my LMP date said i was due on the 12th of august. My 12 week scan said the 14th, and my 32 week scan said the 9th!

My waters broke at 00:30 on the 12th of August so half an hour into the LMP date! she was born at 10am that morning

Neither, she was born smack bang in the middle of the two (3 days early by LMP, 3 days late by scan).

According to my lmp I was due 7th June after my 20 week scan they brought my date forward to 28th may, I went into labour on 6th of June so I think my date was more accurate. They were actually going to induce me on 7th.

My LMP said Holly would be due 26th December, my dating scan said 19th December. She arrived 18th December, so in our case the scan was more accurate. I didn't have any symptoms before I went into labour either, it came on pretty quickly. Good luck! x x

LMP due date for me was 22nd Feb and 12 week scan said 17th Feb and she was born on the 9th

My dating scan sent be back a day to 20 Sept. My 20 week scan showed Ethan was measuring a week ahead of his dates. He arrived at 38+6. So bang on time according to the measurements.

I learnt that he came when he was ready and nothing, no wives tales etc, could speed that up x
