Whilst pregnant?

I’ve bought myself a box as a “giving up smoking” gift to myself, but I’m now second guessing if they’re safe to use whilst pregnant?

Any tooth whitening treatment/products is not recommended during pregnancy including crest whitening stripes.

I'm not sure if they are safe to use while pregnant, but I do know that they caused me severe teeth/gum sensitivity after using them. I would never use them again because of that issue.

I wouldn't say I have particulary sensitive teeth but those strips werel HELL!!!
