It's just beautiful to watch and I find myself in tears watching them!

My sister is due in Feb but it will be my mum and sisters partner that are in the room when she gives birth.

I wish I could have a home birth I would love family around me when I bring life into this world.

I'm like the exact opposite! I want to be in a hospital with no one but my husband around me! For my son, my mother ended up being in the room, and I was fine with that because I knew how much she wanted to be there. But I really just wanted it to be me and my hubby.

I love watching birth stories too. Though I have to say, they make things look a lot easier than they are! Well, at least it wasn't that easy for me...

I also cry when I watch them! (Out of sheer panic!)

It's made me decide I don't want my husband to see me in that much pain as I already am so scared of giving birth when I do become pregnant. I would prefer to be on my own with a bunch of medical staff strangers I'll never see again and so it can be a magical experience for people not in the room

I admire your wishes though - who knows what will happen for you  My friend had her first born at home and loved it.

i cried watching 16 and pregnant!!! pathetic hays!

I get really into that show! There was one on last week with this really disrespectful little punk, and I started yelling at the tv "If I was your mother I would slap you!". LOL, great show...

My husband told me afterwards that he was really scared seeing me in that much pain. There was a point where I just completely lost it, started crying and tried to kick a nurse... but within like 5 minutes, I didn't remember any of the pain at all. Still don't, and obviously wasn't too effected being that I want to do it again!
