Hi after a few months of monitoring ovulation, I've realised there's a pattern every other month my days change when I ovulate.
E.g one month I'll ovulate on cd16 then next month cd19 and then cd16 and it carries on like that.
I know when I'm about to ovulate as I spot 4 days before I ovulate.
So does anyone else have cycle patterns like me? And is it because I ovulate from a different side each month?
