cyst on cervix. advice

Hi all. I found a lump on my cervix several months ago. I have been to the drs and she said I have a very obvious cyst and is referring me to a gynae to get it removed. My question is could this be affecting me getting pregnant? I bleed after sex because of it but the said other than the cyst my cervix is eextremely healthy.
