Cysts help?

I'm not sure if anyone will be able to help?

When I had scans with my recent pregnancy the sonographer pointed out two cysts on my left ovary, the side I have ovulated from.

Now I wouldn't be questioning anything if it hadn't taken us over a year to conceieve but now I'm wondering if this indicates something that would affect fertility?
I thought there would be one cyst from one egg? Of course I could of released two eggs maybe but

I have had a uterus and ovary scan as part of fertility investigations but I'm not due the results until August 31st. . . however the lady did say that everything seemed normal at this point I was already pregnant I just didn't know it (maybe 4 or 5 days).

Anyone have any insight?

not sure if this will help...i went for an early scan at 5 weeks and while there i had my ovaries scanned and a fluid filled cyst was found on my left ovary the sonographer said it was nothing to worry about and although im not certain how long its been there i dont think one or two cysts would affect fertility as this will be my forth baby and i have a retroverted uterus also...hope this helps in some way x
