I'm all over it! Squeezing as I type right now!!

Quick Question - How long to I hold the "squeezes" for & have any of you had any problems with "leakage"? Every-time I am nauseous, and I have to run to the bathroom to throw-up - I end up peeing my pants a lil bit when I get sick!!!! My hubby thinks it's HILARIOUS! I on the other-hand, am tired of having to change my undies 4 times a day when it happens!! Will the kegels help with this problem??

I dont know why not. Your cervix is closed. It is safe to use "toys" as long as they are clean so I dont see a difference.
