Daily Kegel Reminder

    I started one in 2nd tri just wanted to start one here too! Keep doing your kegels and please bump this post if you see it start to fall! Happy squeezing! Get those pelvic floor muscles ready for delivery and so we dont pee our pants! :haha:

    Bump! Yu don't realise how important they are until it is too late and you wee yourself at an embarrassing time!

    A someone once told me to imagine your pelvic floor is like a lift, I started doing mine in lifts! And then up the stairs as I don't tend to go in lifts that often lol
