Date of ovulation confusion

According to Ovia, my fertile days were CD8-CD13. Which puts my O at CD 12. But here are my opk results:
CD 10 low (clear blue advanced) neg cheap
CD 11 high (clear blue advanced) neg cheap
CD 12 peak (clear blue advanced) neg cheap
CD 13 peak (clear blue advanced) pos cheap
CD 14 low (clear blue advanced) pos cheap

Didn't test today until after work. Originally my ovia fertile days were CD 10-CD15 but changed when I got the high or peak can't remember.

So which day do I count as actually O day? Idk what to go by

I'd say cycle day14-16

dont go off the app as its just a guess. OPK test hormones.

Id say CD13 for true +, then actual o on CD14-16.
