Day 21 progesterone test

Hi I recently had this test done and the results came back at 12.25. Can anyone tell me what this means?

it does depend on how long your cycle is and exactly when you OV'ed. day 21 bloods go on the average 28 day cycle with the woman OV'ing on day 14 like the average.
but to show ovulation your levels need to be above 30. but again this does depend on your own actual cycle length. xx

I was 6dpo. The doc had between 10 and 80 was in the normal range, but everything I've read says it's too low.

I had mine done and it was 17. I was told I didn't Ovulate and had to have them repeated this month. 7DPO is the peak of progesterone I think.
Are you getting them repeated?

Am paying to see a specialist as doc didn't seem concerned, but my luteal phase was only 8 days this month.
