Day 6 blood clot appeared

so it was about 5mm tall, 1cm wide and 2 cm long... what ould this be? gonna mention it to the doctors today as ive got to go for a blood test after loosing a heck of alot because of the ventouse then forceps delivery

I lost a massive clot around day 6, scared the life out of me. I called my sister who is a midwife who came and checked it wasn't placenta. She said if I had another to ring the midwife doing my post natal care. I didn't have another but did mention it to my community midwife when I next saw her and she said she would only be worried if I then had heavy bleeding after I passed the clot. You might as well mention it to the doctor if u r going anyway.
