What do you ladies do with your LO's bedtime?
Sophie now sleeps at 7pm. So when the clocks go back an hour, it'll only be 6pm. Do I leave her to go to bed at that time, or do I change her bedtime to 7pm again, so stretch it an hour?

So confused!

Hmm, interesting! Hadn't thought of this! I'd imagine, assuiming our LOs get enough sleep now, whatever you do, it will sort itself out in a few days. I think I'd put Sam to bed at normal time which is 8pm (even though the clock will now say 7pm) but if it results in waking early will try and keep him up a few minutes later each night to adjust. We'll only get home from work/daycare next month at 6.30pm so there's no way we'll manage tea, play, bath, bottle, changing and bed by 7pm during the week anyway.

Yea suppose I'll check how she does in the mornings. I don't really fancy getting up at 5 every day :haha:.

Good question,i was wondering this too. I think i will try and give her her afernoon nap a bit later, then try and stretch her bedtime a little each night.

When the clocks went forward last time we went to a 6.30 bedtime for a few days before (7 usually), 7.30 for a few days after then brought it back to 7 for a few nights - prob a week all in and didn't affect sleep to much.

Stretch the awake time out for 10 minutes longer every day? Something like that. Move it slowly so there aren't any upsets.
