I used those when I came home from the hospital and they were great! we had put a plastic sheet thing on our bed (under a layer of sheets so it was still comfy) in case my water broke the last week of my pregnancy and when I came home i was surprised by how much I was bleeding and was afraid I would have to keep the plastic sheet but I found these and felt completely safe sans plastic!

Oh my god I forgot all about this issue. You bleed like a gunshot victim don't you?! If the 4 day induction, nearly 10lb baby and episiotomy gone wrong couldn't do it, the PP bleeding is enough to put me off having babies for life!

I am another fan. Tried the crappy little "maternity" pads from Asda, then came across Always and they improved my life immeasurably in those first days and weeks post partum. This time, I shall be Always from the start!
