Debilitating cramps 2 dpo

I had my hcg injection on 12th and ovulated on 14th. Last night a cramp on my left side hit me so hard I didn't know if I needed to go number 2 or throw up. It was right where you get period cramps. It was so bad I ended up putting a heating pad on and going to bed.

My right side slightly hurt but the left was awful! I have never felt cramps like that ever. I know it's not implantation because I was on 2 dpo.

Anyone have any thoughts...

Did the pain go away? If it still hurts I'd suspect a cyst, possibly ruptured cyst

It went away. I am fine today.
