Hi,
my husband also has this problem, he has been type 1 diabetic for 25 years. We have twin girls who are 5 from ICSI but really wish to now concieve naturally.
We are now trying Sudafed but have so far over the last 3 cycles of trying been unsucessful. My husband says it does feel different using Sudafed so hopefully something is happening!

yes, i found out about sudafed online. Infact when we had ICSI i had never heard of it and no medications were even offered to try berfore treatment.
My husband gets pains going up the side of his stomach normally, i guess from where the semen go into his bladder, but on sudafed he dosent get this, and exactly as you say i feel no wet patch or anything so am not sure if it i working! Keep meaning to pull out to check but thats bound to be the time something comes out!!!! We have tried different doses, we use the 12 hour sudafed and sometimes use 1 mid day then 1 about 1.5 hrs before dtd other times we use 2 1.5 hrs before dtd.
I always try to get him to take the 2 as figure a better chance of it working!! However this can cause other problems actually doing the deed if you know what i mean!!
What dose do you use??
This appears to be the same thing that OH and I are looking into (his is from multiple surgeries, though, and not from diabetes). OH already takes Sudafed for allergies (pretty sure I read it does not work for surgical issues, unfortunately).
I hope that things work out for everyone! Much to One and All!
