Diaper leakage.

My little man is 5 weeks old and has started peeing right through his diapers. He is 10 lbs 5 oz and the newborn size pampers swaddlers seem to still fit him fine. I have tried pointing his parts down and tightening the diaper but nothing is working. Do I need to go up a size or is there a brand that works better? This just started within the last week.

Try going up a size. If the nappies were fine for you before I doubt it's the brand

leakage usually means we need to go up a size

Go up a size. We had to move up early with both newborn and size 1.

This happened to us last week and I found that going up to size 2 stopped it x

Try going up a size but if that doesn't work I'm afraid it's just trial and error to find a brand that fit better.

How does your LO sleep? Ours favours her side and I find if she sleeps for a few hours on her side then the nappies leak, but aren't a problem if she sleeps on her back. I have yet to find a way to stop the leakage when she does side sleep though!

I had the same prob and went up to a one at 4weeks.

I'd go up a size but I'll just say I've tried the top name brands and lots of store brands and they have all leaked at some point. But only at night, my kid pees A LOT.
