Did anyone do a 3D/4D scan at 16 weeks?

We've decided to do it! Here's the sole reason: we were so enchanted seeing our baby leap and dance in the womb at the 12-week, we want the chance to have all that activity on video! (My doctor's office where we had the 12-week refused to allow us to video it, and they didn't have the capacity to video it themselves.)

I know we won't be able to see detailed expression etc., but that's not at all why I want this scan... it's to have video while the baby is still tiny, so we can capture its whole little body moving around. If we waited until the usual 28-36 weeks, we probably wouldn't get to see it swimming all over the place like we could now!

Is that crazy? We may not even do another one late in the pregnancy, but having a video record at THIS stage is so important to me. Just wondering if anyone else has done it this early! (Oh, and we're also eager to get a good gender guess, too!!)

Aww, how lovely!! So good to know! BTW, if you have a link to video online, I'd love to see! (that goes for anyone else who had one around 15-17 weeks as well!)

Our only option for a 3D scan won't do one until 20 weeks so I'm stuck waiting until mid December, but we'll probably wait until after christmas to do ours

I had one at 15+6 and the other day at 26+6 , It was cool seeing him at 16 weeks and seeing his gender, but he was def. alot cutier at the 26+6 one lol i'll post some video links to youtube on here.

I had one at 16+3, 16+5 (with family) (Gender 3D/4D scan) and one at 28 weeks exactly. Both were amazing. My avatar is my 16wk3day scan - He was perfect.

You'll love seeing the 3-d scan at 16 weeks! I watched our video over and over again, I love seeing her playing with her little feet, it really helped us bond with her. (it was also when we found out we were having a girl!)

Just had our 20 week scan done today and got to see our little man moving around! He measured 21 weeks/2 day, instead of 20 weeks/4 days. I love 3D pics!!!!
