I was at the mall will my grandma today. We were in line to get pretzels and all of a sudden I got so hot, my vision blurred and I got dizzy. I felt like I was going to pass out. I needed to sit right then and there or I was going to pass out. So I just sat on the floor. Figured it was better to look like a fool then pass out in the middle of the mall. I've had a headache ever since. It eventually passed, but boy was it sure scary! Was this low BP? Or what else could it have been?!

Probably! My blood pressure drops all the time. I get dizzy, shaky, weak, nauseous, my heart rate speeds up, and nearly faint. I hate it when it happens!! Not a good feeling.

definitely sounds like it.. could have been low blood sugar too but if you felt better once sitting then blood pressure would be more likely. Blood pressure can drop when standing for periods when pregnant. I've always had problems with my blood pressure and for some reason I always feel worse in shops and definitely when standing in lines!

If I'm standing and start feeling funny I start shaking my legs and moving around.. you may look funny but can help!

I was just about to post something similar!! My husband and I were in Home Depot last night and I was feeling fine, but then all of a sudden felt extremely light headed, hot, dizzy and was almost passed out..... I leaned over the cart and that helped a bit and then I went out and laid in the car. Scared the day lights out of me.... and him.

I get this. It's one of the side effects of low blood pressure. I seem to get it in pregnancy.
It's horrible to feel dizzy, so I find taking a bottle if water with me when out helps. I nearly fainted in the kitchen yesterday, had to run to the seat.

I've had a few of these episodes while pregnant. VERY scary!!! My Dr said it could be blood pressure, dehydration or just your hormones shifting. I haven't felt it in quite a while, but when i did it was soooo scary!

It's was so scary! So glad to know I'm not the only one who has experienced it!
