Hi Girls
Right I started temping & using CBFM this month but this cycle I have been in Turkey on holiday.
Been temping at 7am each morning and looking at my chart it seems to be ok.
We travelled back to the UK yesterday and I had loads of CM in my pants (sorry TMI!)
CBFM monitor has been showing as High for the last few days but no sign of a peak yet. I have been having OV twinges for the last few days (but not today) and the day before the CBFM showed HIGH i was getting stabbing type sharp pains in my vagina.
Cervix has been high & soft, but today its medium & soft (and I think its open too - although im not used to measuring the opening).
But my temp shot up today which I thought happened after OV? But CBFM has not detected a Peak. However I have cold symptoms so i guess its possible thats why I have a high temp today. But to add to the mix, I have been temping religiously at 7am each morning and using the BBT adjuster on the days that I could not do it at 7am. But these were based on Turkey time and they are 2 hours ahead of the UK. So today i guess thats another reason why temp could have changed because it was based on UK time today.
So my question is have I ovulated already? Has CBFM missed the surge and therefore not shown a peak fertility? Why has cervix lowered?
