Did we do the wrong thing for sperm analysis?

Hi ladies,
Dh went for a sperm analysis and the results were devastating! His count was 2 million, and couldn't test for morphology or motility as too little sperm it did say 68% forward progression though????
Anyway, we abstained for 7 days!! Do you think this may have been too long?

yesss it IS too long , u should abstain for 3 or 4 days at most , are u getting another analysis soon?

Really? I did wonder if a week was too long!! He's got another test booked for 3 weeks time! He's taking vitamins now too. Do you think we should just abstain for 3 days?
