Dieting: What did you eat today?

Today is day 1 of my diet. I am sticking to 1,500 calories with 2 excercise sessions a day. I thought it would be cool to see what everyone else who is on a diet ate today. Maybe get some new ideas!

Breakfast: Toasted bagel w/ whipped cream cheese
Lunch: Whole wheat pita stuffed with lettuce, tomato, fat free mayo, chicken, and veggie bacon. And a string cheese.
Dinner: Grilled sirloin kabobs w/ roasted red pepper sauce, and couscous.
Snack: Banana and a 100 calorie snack pack and one slice of beef jerky. lol.

What did you eat today?

I write my food in there :)
