Disaster number 2, please read

So my disaster number 1 was that I thought I might finally be in my fertile window (7 weeks after implant removal) and I got thrush due to my daughters super soapy baths.
Now I’ve got a UTI!! I pick up my antibiotics in the morning but god I haven’t had them in ages (recurrent UTIS for years) and forgot how bad they were. Currently doped on cocodamol but atleast the antibiotics are safe ones (just incase)
Any tips for ttc and recurrent uti’s?
