Discharge Has Changed?

Well from my previous thread I was feeling really ill etc. I spoke to my midwife and she sent my urine sample off for analysis because it had protein in it.

Got the results saying I have to have it done again, because E.Coli was found in it and that could mean I have a UTI.

Anyway, back on topic.
For the last two nights, I've had leaky boobs. Only slightly. But it's a new thing.
Then when I walk I get sharp pains inside my vagina, as if someones pushing a knife up inside my vagina and cervix.
And then for the last two days, I've noticed I'm getting discharge what's different. It feels like I'm soaked in between my legs as it's that runny, it smells similar to semen and it's a creamy milky colour and texture.

Any ideas if this is linked to a possible UTI or if it's something else? Has anyone else had it? x

Not sure about the rest but I started getting those shooting pains around 33 weeks. I posted on here and I think most people get this sometimes towards the end of pregnancy.

I get quite a lot of the white creamy discharge throughout the day. It does have a distinctive smell and I have to wear a pantyliner. My midwife said that was normal but I havent experienced any pain or anything as you've described. I'd phone docs or mw for peace of mind or to get it checked out if they've already said it could be a uti xxx

Thankyou both thats completely put my mind at rest already.
I was panicking incase the discharge was my waters as it's that runny and the midwife warned me it's likely I could go into labour early.
But it seems normal, good I'll check with her tomorrow at my appointment anyway x

it *might* be thrush. Looking at my notes one of my earlier urine samples says it was positive for e.coli, and around 32 weeks I had suspected rupture of membranes and they did an internal which showed I had thrush - goodness knows how i didn't know about it! I had the milky kind of discharge u are describing but it wasnt itchy or sore like thrush can be :S I just had so much of it I thought it was waters which is why the midwife sent me to labour ward to get checked out! x

also had the shooting pains but think thats baby's head engaging/bopping against my bladder or cervix!

Ooh thankyou, I'll mention the possibility of that to my midwife tomorrow then
I got alot of thrush and cystitis in the first trimester so I guess it could be back, just symptom-less x

Ive had utis which cause pain and i also get a lot of white discharge especially after walking a distance and most of this pregnancy i have had thrush so it could be normal or could be thrush. Xx
