How long does it take for new releases to be put on there! Trying to figure out to save them or use them

Usually a long time they havn't put any new ones on in a long time I don't think. I've used some of my points and am planning to use the rest once they email me back about a blu ray im having problems with the ean number. They've been having technical difficulties recently and I'm a little unsure about the safety of my points (they all disappeared and Disney had to manually add them back on again) and today I had to verify which account was mine as apparently I have multiple accounts (think it was from Disney sorting my account).

Dunno but they deliver quickly! I ordered Tangled and hadit within about 3 days xx
