I've just moved up to Pampers size 2, and had a rather impressive poo-splosion today (must've been the baby massage! :haha:) and have only just realised that I don't know whether I'm supposed to leave the "skirt" bit around the legs tuckd in, or have it out  Maybe that's why she's had a few leaky nappies?

What am I supposed to do? I feel ridiculous asking this given that she's 8 weeks old today!! :haha:

Oh we've had a few of those lately. The 'ruffles', as I call them, should be out :)

Out. Pampers always leaked for me though, sometimes skirt in worked for pampers for my LO.

Im not sure what you are suposed to do but i always have it out now, I used to leave it in and had a lot more leaky nappies when I did.

Out! Pampers never worked for us though, poos all down the legs and up the back. Huggies or Tesco's Superdry :) xxx

I have them out and make sure the inside 'liner' edges are pulled around her bum as well, because that's where the poo leaks out!

Edit: Also don't ever get leaks with ASDA own brand nappies, we did get leaks with the expensive Huggies and Pampers though!

i made the same mistake. Thought it looked neater in! But definately it needs to be out! Jx

Pampers always leaked for us too once we got into size 2's - Asda Little Angels are muuuuch better

Thanks! I didn't think Huggies/Asda absorbed her poo as well as Pampers did personally, so she was far more distressed if she pooed in one of those, lol.

Out.... otherwise they act as a wick, and draw the wee back out xx

Always out!! I make sure to double check every time.

i've got on well with pampers so far, my LO is 9 weeks tomorrow, and always keep the frilly bits out!!
