I'm thinking of becoming a Avon Rep again. I was 18 and at college and working nights at the local pub last time I was a Rep for Avon and I ended up having £70 in debt with them because I didn't have time to return their brochures and they made me pay for hidden costs.

I only had about 6 customers due to a very experienced and established Avon Rep within the area I was living.

At the moment where I'm living I've not seen any Avon Brochures come though my door I know it's high within workplaces and someone within my area might just use friends and work as their base of income.

Do I risk setting it up again or just not bother?

I didn't find the getting orders or brochures out when I did it and when LO is here they'll be coming with me also I'd be in for the delivery etc. I'm starting an OU course in January. Am I taking to much on or is the small income that I could get out of it worth it?

If you think it will work for you go for it, I was so dubious about working from home but now I love it, I didnt like Avon but if you know the company now and think you can make it work with the costs you mentioned that have then go for it, Home based businesses can be great. I love Forever Living!

I agree with MarchMummy.
I sat and asked myself whether I wanted to join my company, went to bed,up again and still couldn't shake the feeling it was right for me.

So on that basis if you can see yourself selling it and love the products it will be worth it.
People can tell who loves their company and products and who is simply there to make a sale and nothing more :)

Lots of luck!
