Or can they be served at room temperature?

When i'm at home and feeding baby i will ALWAYS warm up the food because i, myself, wouldn't want to eat cold dinner but if i am out shopping and have a little jar with me and have no access to heat it up will it be ok to serve how it is as long as it hasn't been in the fridge etc?

You don't need to heat the jars up, as long as your baby is happy with it room temperature there is no problem.

I think room temperature is fine hun. I'm the same as you and I always heat them up when I'm at home. I only use the HiPP Jars and it says on the back of them 'serve at room temperature or stand the bowl in hot water to warm' so I'm pretty sure the same sort of rules would apply to most brands of jars x

yep room temperature is fine. It's actually good to get them used to different temps on foods so they get used to it I think.

luisa will eat a stage one hipp jar at room temp but not stage 2..

like others said both is fine :)
