Do all/most babies cry when pooping??? :haha: Our LO has suspected lactose intolerance and had really sloppy poos but still cried when trying to or passing one. She is now on Nutramigen formula and her poos are thicker and she still cries sometimes when straining. I was curious if this is just a baby thing

My poor baby. She doesnt cry when pooing all the time but when she does she pushes her legs etc and crys even though poop sloppy. I was hoping this milk would help and certainly seems to have made her more comfy. Only been a day so far. Lol. Xx

No not all babies cry when pooping...some do cos its hard/painful, others cos they don't like it and others (like my two) are silent and if you don't hear it land (tmi!) you wouldn't know!!! Hope your LO gets back on track :hugs:

Mine gets frustrated when he's straining sometimes - but we know it's en route when he gives a huge grin, then he's all smiles afterwards as if he's well proud of himself :D

    Lol...yeah!
Its like some babies get really upset sitting in a dirty nappy even if they've just weed and not pooped yet others are content to sit in the most full, rotten nappy ever :dohh: :haha:
