Do you carry your LO's red book everywhere?

Leni's is in my changing bag, which obviously goes everywhere with us. Do you take yours everywhere?

no, i take it to the doctors, hv, hospital, holiday or if we are going out for the day but its miles away from home, just incase. But day to day places no, just because i have baby brain and would leave it or lose it somewhere! Same with my pregnancy notes, when i was pregnant x

I take it to any appointments he has, to HV weigh-in sessions and if we go away anywhere (visiting in-laws/holiday)

Yeh, I'm like you and keep it in the changing bag as it fits nicely in the back pocket where the mat goes.

I only take it to appointments, I would take it if I was going quite far from home but other than that I'm quite forgetful and constantly leave bags/coats/umbrellas whenever I go anywhere and forget to take them when I leave the moment I put something down its forgotten

No, I only take it if I'm seeing the HV. I don't take it to the GP or to our hospital appointments anymore, they've never once asked for it!

Molly's stays in her changing bag in an internal pocket. The changing bag goes everywhere with us, so yep I take it everywhere just incase.

I have never been asked for it except at appts so dont know why you would carry it around with you. There is nothing in it that I would need to know

I was told the same, and my doctor (Molly's had 3 apts)/HV uses it. Maybe it just depends on the GP.
