Umm not very often at all. I am lucky if I go down when hubby gets home. I have three little girls. 7, 4, and soon 2.

My doctor told me I was sleeping too much. Sleep begets sleep and all. I was napping daily, but after I only started doing it because I needed to, not because I could, I felt less tired. Go figure.

I can't seem to sleep in the day for some reason, although im absolutely knackered by midday most days!

oh YEAH. My 2yr old always has a nap from 12:30-2ish, and my 4yr old sometimes does. When they both do, I do usually. If only my youngest does, then I have my 4 yr old either play quietly in his room for an hour and I lay down, or he plays in the playroom quietly and I catnap on the couch between being driven over with toy trucks.
