Do you see a second line?!?!?

My husband and I are trying to conceive our 6th baby
But, the odds are against us since I'm EBF our 5 month old. We got pregnant in February but I had a miscarriage and my cycles never returned. Well my breasts have been really sore while nursing and I find that very odd, so I took a test and think I see a second line!!!!! What do you think?? Should I wait a few more days??
