Do you take your maternity notes with you?

I bring them everywhere. If something happens and you can't tell them info, better to have on ya.

The other day I went a couple of hours away and I didn't take them, probably should as I'm due this month but I know what's in them at least, pregnancy has been fairly uncomplicated and apart from 'low iron and baby is breech' usually midwife writes looks well, no odema.

I had a car accident on the way to work at 24 weeks and didn't have my notes with me (I work 40 minutes away... In a hospital ) I got thoroughly told off! Especially coz I was booked in at a different hospital to the one I was taken to!

I'm high risk so take them everywhere, been taken to hospital twice from work so glad I do. Even if I wasn't high risk I would I think x
