Doctor's appointment Thursday!

FINALLY!

I called them this morning and the nurse said they could get me in day after tomorrow! This never happens at my Dr. I'm so excited!

I will be thrilled if she tells me I am pregnant but I know even if I am not she will still give me blood work and a U/S. She is AWESOME! I've been reading a lot of horror stories lately about crappy Dr's.

I'm so excited to finally get in to her and see what is up!

Also, I told the nurse that over the last 3 months I have had all BFN except for my "half line" test on Tuesday (haven't taken another since). I heard her whisper something under her breath and I asked what she said she told me that ANY LINE with color, in the right place, in the right time is considered a positive! I like hearing that!

I am trying not to get too excited because I know there is still a huge chance that I'm not pregnant after all. But I know the science of HPT's...

First, false positives are rare. Second, the test line will only turn the appropriate color in the alloted time IF hCG is present.

Send me babydust and FX please!

I will update this thread Thursday. My appointment is at 9:30 AM EST.

At appt waiting for dr to come in. Urine was bfn! (????)

Nurse looked at me like some kind of medical mystery.....

No comments but I'll update anyways.

Dr. finally came in and check me out. Urine test was negative. Uterus was not big. She thinks that it could be PCOS. That really frightens me because I would like to have more kids and my cycles were regular up until a few months ago.

Since I don't have insurance she wants me to go to the county Family Planning and Prenatal Clinic. Since I'm not working right now they should cover it completely.

So, not pregnant. That's all I know. I really am a medical mystery so she says. Unless I'm one of those girls who doesn't get positive urine tests...I don't know. I'm having AF cramps like she's finally on her way. Totally fine with me.
