Hi girls, got a problem my last period was 1st oct and i thought my cycle was between 37-40 days long with my period always lasting 3 days.... which would make me very late atm if thats the case....
done hpt but bfn all the times.... i havent felt any different in myself or anything
would the doctors be able to tell by a blood test 100% pregnancy or not or is it the same as a pregnancy test....??

reason being i avoid needles as much as possible

Doctors here don't usually perform bloods until you miss 3 consecutive cycles, unless you absolutely pester them. I would def ask for one, tell them the situation good luck x

So glad you asked this question!! I have been wondering the same thing! Have had my coil out for 6 weeks now and no AF and BFN on hpt... so was wondering if i went to docs at around 2 months if they could tell me anything!

Are you aged 16-25? If so, do you have a family planning clinic near you? They usually will do a pregnancy test for free and be able to talk to you without an appointment.

If not, perhaps a visit to the doctor is in order, especially as it's a biological change that could have a whole list of reasons for not showing up.

not to worry yeah driving me mad and i need to know, the doctors give me a free pregnancy test anyway but a few of my mates done tests at doctors that came up negative, only to do a home test to come up positive very strange.
even my friend had a blood test come out negative and now shes 6 months pregnant lol
