BABY MUMMA???

My BFF, Matt, told me the other day he was round my ex's house & that when I rang Ben, I came up as "Baby Momma" on his caller ID. Well, that's grammatically incorrect for one thing; we have 2 kids together, it should be "Babies' Momma".

Even though I'm super happy with Lewis, I feel quite offended by the term. Surely I once meant more to him then just to be called that? I don't have him as "Baby Dad" in my phone; he's just Ben. His girlfriend has a baby too, so maybe she's "Baby Momma 2"??

Maybe I'm just being stupid & silly, but I really don't like it! Anyone else? Haha x

Ha, lol! I'm a complete control freak, and everyone has to be in my iPhone in alphabetical order based on their surnames. "Total Tool" might mess it up a bit!!

i hate it too! If someone calls my OH when were out, hes like 'no im with my baby mum' or 'im with my bird' WTF it drives me crazy. I am Jessica for fuck sake!

I don't particularly like the term no, not really bothered with it mind, but I'd certainly be annoyed if I was titled it in a phone though!!

My DH calls me his 'baby momma' & I call him my 'baby daddy' jokingly. Actually, tons of my friends call me their 'baby momma' because they all absolutely LOVE Aria. lol. I guess it doesn't bother me because they're all joking.

I don't like it really- OH doesn't use it for me, but he might say something like so and so's baby mama.. If the person isn't with the girl anymore and we don't really know her personally?

i really disklike it in the uk its abit of a "chavvy" term only because its ussualy white people attempting to be american/black when there clearly not and it just makes them look sad as hell

I know loads of boys who call their ex 'baby momma' coz thats all they are to them,so yeah i would hate my OH to call me that too lol.
He does call me 'his bird' which someone else said above-argh i really don't like it lol

I hated being referred to Chris' Baby mama!!! But like he doesnt use it in a joking way. My friends joke around and say baby mama and it doesnt bother me, but Chris said it was to often. He never used my name with his friends I was ALWAYS either "my girl" or "my baby mama" I hated it.

Chris is just Chris. I would never call him baby daddy. If i said anything I would say The father of my child or my childs father.
